Hello people.
Today I found myself looking for a scanner in a small, small town on the edge of Pelloponnese. I felt like an RPGer on a quest. First, I asked for info at the hotel's reception. The good lady showed me a generic direction, to get to an internet cafe. After reaching the town's boarders, I asked a young man for the internet cafe. He gave me specific directions and I ended up finding it.
But there was no scanner.
The cashier told me she knew nothing. I kept walking and entered a mobile service store. A customer told me to turn right, pass the bridge and that there, I would find what I sought.
I ended up a little lost, so I had to ask in another store (I think it was actually a mechanic or something)
And then I found it.
I scanned, I printed and I got a free local paper :D
The bottom line is:
I can keep working and maybe, I said maybe, I could live in a town like that. For a while. Till now I've been a loyal Athens' kid. Even though it is dirty, loud, pretty faceless, tiring and stuff.
But here it's quiet, fun, warm... And a little bit boring. Until I get to know the place.
Apart from these little adventures, I am still pencilling for Womanthology and an Arcana project. I'll make sure there is something to upload with my next post.
Till next time,
Koumaki.

Now in vacation-still working.
How can that be..? We are staying at a relative's hotel and I am drawing, doing pages.
Like a boss.
I am carrying about 10kg of work with me-if you count in my drawing tablet and my laptop.
It's a busy summer after all.
Still, it's better than back at home-It's not as hot and I don't have to carry my laptop around, going to university to get (free) internet access. (did I mention I got a three day cramp from carrying that thing around..? Still recovering)
At least, I'm done with drawing the logo for the university's internal medicine department. As we were choosing fonts, the proffessor told me he liked COMIC SANS.
And I was like no, no NOOO...
Plus, I ended up having only one exam to sit for in September-Pharmacology.
AWESOME.
So, now I am pencilling for an Arcana publications project, the Womanthology project and thumbnailing for my personal story.
Like I said, busy.
That's good.
Till next time, I hope I'll have some sketches I can share.

Womanthology
Hey people,
Have you heard about the Womanthology-Heroic project?
If not, check it out here!
Womanthology is a project of Renae De Liz, to help fund charities around the world.
It is a book with many short comic stories depicting heroism in any level.
The whole book will be written, drawn, inked, coloured and lettered by women!
And I've been paired with Devin Grayson to draw her amazing story for the project!
Wait for it. :)
Plus, I'm slowly but steadily starting pages for a project and thumbnailing for another.
And combining it with vacation.
I'll be pencilling with view to the Deer Island. (not the Canada one)
Oh deer.
